Live online product demonstrations & workshops

No easier way to sell than running an enthusiastic demonstration or workshop for your clients to discover and test new products. 

 

With the "new normal", running online live events became almost the only way to do this... and stores that are prepared for it are definitely running in dissadvantage... 

This is where I can help! Let me handle it, from start to finish, so you can just focus on the sales.

  1. We decide together on a workshop topic based on your clients' interests and on what products you need to push the most.

  2. You put together a kit of products to sell to your clients, and send one of them to me, along with any additional related products that you may want to offer to generate additional sales at the end of the workshop.

  3. I plan for a 2-hour customized workshop using all the products in the kit, followed by an additional 30 minute Q&A session

  4. I make professional photos of both, the resulting project and the products in action so you can use them for advertising.

  5. With the workshop ready, we agree on a date and time based on your needs and my availability.

  6. You promote the event selling both, the product kits (which you'll need to ship to your clients) and the workshop access (which I will grant you)

  7. A week before the event you close the registration to have time to ship all products to the participants on time.

  8. A day before the event, you email all participants with a reminder and to verify that they have all received their kits.

  9. When the day comes, I open the live session 15 minutes earlier to receive all atendees, and run the workshop.

  10. During the live session it is required that you or a qualified member of your staff is present to clarify any doubts regarding prices of products, or other store-related information (you may get really valuable information about their likes and preferences as a nice extra from this experience).

  11. At the end of the workshop I will:

  • Invite all atendees to share photos of their work along with feedback on their experience with us, so we can use it to promote future events and other products in your store.

  • Give them access to a freeby that I will design for them as a "Thank you" souvenir of the event.

  • Run a quick survey about the quality of the event and about what other worshops they would want us to run for them, so, if interested, we can keep the ball rolling organizing future events, as a way to fidelize your clients and boost your sales even further.

What do you get?

  • Access to my online platform for all your attendees plus member(s) of your staff for the duration of the workshop.

  • A custom-made workshop designed to promote and to get you sell the specific combination of products that you need to push most. 

  • The actual workshop that consists of a 3-hour live session, including: a 15-minute reception of atendees, 2-hour workshop time, a 30-minute Q&A session with your clients, and a final 15-minute greeting and closure time, presenting add-on related products to generate further sells to your store.

  • A set of professional photos formatted for your  Instagram Stories, to promote both the workshop and the product kits

How much do you actually pay?

At the end of the day, all my work will cost you ZERO.

 

This is so because you will be able to sell the access to my workshops to your clients in a way you can at least recover what you have invested in my services, if not making some additional profit as well.

 

For the whole experience, delivered to you as a worry-free, turnkey solution, you only pay €350 (instead of the over €750 mentioned above for reference).

 

Payments are arranged as follows: 50% at the beginning of the process, 50% at the time of setting the date of the workshop.

 

In order for it to cost you NOTHING, once we set the date, you can simply sell the access of the workshop to your clients. At an estimated price per access of €35, you only need 10 clients to cover your investment... anything above that will be additional profit for you. Some stores choose to sell each access at a lower price and target a bigger number of atendees, while some others, selling more expensive product kits that justify it, give it for free as an additional service for client-fidalization.
